1st Level IT Support Staff (m/f)

Full time (38,5 h / week)
Your tasks: Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows clients and IT systems of our customers. Evaluation and implementation of hardware and software. Support with system changes and optimizations. Support of VOIP telephone systems.

2nd level IT support staff

Full time (38,5 h / week)
Your tasks: Supporting our customers with all challenges in the IT environment via remote maintenance or by visiting them in person. Problem solving of technical malfunctions of hardware and software. Analysis, processing and solution of problems in the Windows environment. Documentation of the central work steps in a ticket system. Ensuring and fulfilling the service level as well as determining various causes of malfunctions. Specialization in a specialist area to be defined.
