Provision of the TECHWAVE App:
Scope of data processing
No data is sent to us when you start the TECHWAVE app.
When you make a support call in our app, the following data is sent to us or recorded by us:
- Your TECHWAVE User ID
- The unique ID of your device
- Urgency of your support call
- Your support request
- Date + time of your request
- IP address from which your request was sent
Your device’s unique ID is used to send you a push message when your support call is processed or completed, if applicable.
This data is stored in the database for processing your request. This data is also stored in the log files of our servers.
Purpose of data processing:
This data is used to process your support request and for statistical purposes to improve our services (e.g. how long is the average callback time).
Possibility of objection and removal:
The collection of this data is mandatory for the provision of this app. There is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.
Online contact form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, your details, including the personal data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data.
Login area
If you register for our service, we need your company data, location data, and bank data (for billing purposes) in order to provide our service.
In addition, we store the following personal data from each of your registered users:
For contact:
- Salutation, title, first name, last name, e-mail, telephone, mobile phone
- Photo, for a more pleasant collaboration (can be provided voluntarily by each user)
For taking requests:

This data is used exclusively for contacting you within the framework of our business relationship. In the course of cooperation, it may happen that this data is passed on to partners or suppliers for the purpose of fulfilling an order.
In the course of the cooperation, contact data of persons may be stored in the order logs, which are necessary for our employees to contact you (e.g. customer contact data, supplier contact data, contact data of other partner companies). This data is used exclusively in the course of processing the orders. These data are not systematically processed or evaluated.
SSL encryption
